PRODUCTION/STAGE MANAGEMENT
Events:

NEW JERSEY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (2007 - present): overhire support in production office: advance rentals and events ranging from community groups to benefit dinners for 1500; generate estimates and scheduling based on clients' needs; supervise IATSE crew and generate payroll and final invoicing; advise client on video formatting to ensure optimum presentation. Clients include:  Rutgers University, University of Phoenix, Live Nation, NJPAC Women's Association, PSEG (shareholders meeting); Commerce Bank (regional meeting); NJ Hall of Fame, Overlook Hospital, Mission Entertainment, Boys and Girls Club of NJ, the City of Newark, the New Jersey movie premiere of "Hairspray", etc.

ASTAIRE AWARDS CEREMONY (2010,2011); NY DANCE ALLIANCE FOUNDATION AWARDS CEREMONY (2011):  stage manager for one day event.  Minimal rehearsal, video, live and taped music, last minute schedule changes, general mayhem.

PRODUCTION/STAGE MANAGEMENT
Dance and Theater:

PM THE ROYAL DANISH BALLET (2011);  BEIJING DANCE THEATER (2011); THE STATE BALLET OF GEORGIA, (2008); AKMICA'S "SPIRITUAL SOUNDS OF CENTRAL ASIA" (2007); HAMBURG BALLET (2007); GREEK NATIONAL THEATER (2006, 2007); JULIO BOCCA'S "BOCCATANGO" (2006); ATERBALLETTO (2005); NEDERLANDS DANS THEATER I (2004) U.S. Tours: Liaison between foreign company's technical needs and U.S. theatrical standards; advance each city and coordinate tech schedules; troubleshoot loadin/performance problems; coordinate U.S. trucking and customs clearance.  These companies ranged in size from 25 to 225 with freight from one container to 14.  Representative venues:  Segerstrom Center for the Arts; Koch Theater at Lincoln Center; Dorothy Chandler Pavilion; Kennedy Center

PM/PSM THE KIROV BALLET 2003/2005/2006 U.S. Tours: Liaison between Russian stage managers & U.S. IATSE crews during performances; finish advancing the production after departure of Production Supervisor (2003); coordinate domestic trucking/international freight schedules going to Japan and Russia; troubleshoot problems arising between artistic and production staff. The Kirov travelled with approximately 100 dancers, 100 orchestra, and 40 support staff. In 2006, this tour included a 3 week festival in Costa Mesa, CA celebrating the opening of a new symphony concert hall. The Kirov Opera performed the "Ring Cycle" and "Boris Gudonov", conducted by Valery Gergiev, while the ballet performed "Romeo & Juliet" and "Swan Lake".

Prod. Coord. LINCOLN CENTER FESTIVAL (2006): responsible for the small theater at LaGuardia HS. Supervise the loadin/performances for 3 companies in the summer festival: Elizabeth Streb ("Streb vs. Gravity"), Benjamin Bagby, and Yasmeen Godder. Liaison between the companies and the IATSE crew, as well as the school's administration and security department.

PSM BALLET TECH Joyce Theater, 2004/2006: coordinate and call season of 12 new ballets; supervise construction of scenery between 3 shops; update all paperwork; prepare light plot; focus; submit shop orders. The original company stopped performing in 2003 - this was a pickup company.

PSM/SM THE BOLSHOI BALLET 2000/2002/2005/2012 U.S. Tours: Liaison between Russian stage managers & U.S. IATSE crews during performance; assist in focus (2000); troubleshoot loadin/rehearsal/orchestra problems; coordinate translator schedules; confirm trucking/domestic/international freight schedules for up to 5 trucks in 2 different cities at a time. The Bolshoi travelled with approximately 100 dancers and 40 support staff.

PSM "The Show: Achilles Heels" (2006); Richard Move, director, starring Rasta Thomas and Blondie; supervise rehearsals/performances at The Kitchen, NYC. Also - substitute PSM for Richard Move's "Martha @" performances.

PM "Forbidden Christmas or the Doctor and the Patient" (Baryshnikov Dance Foundation) 2004 U.S. Tour: supervise and troubleshoot loadin/performance/strike; advance each city; prepare tech schedules; supervise reconstruction of Russian-built scenery and coordinate hardware and supplies; coordinate trucking schedule; advise front office on technical viability of potential venues.

PSM TWYLA THARP DANCE 2001/2002 U.S. Tours: Tour advance; call performances; assist lighting supervisor with focus; update tech files after the season to ensure a smooth transition into the next season; provide technical advice to the Tharp office concerning future tour venues

PSM BALLET TECH (formerly Feld Ballets/NY) 1990-2003: call performances; long term schedules; hire and supervise of tour crews; computer organization and recordkeeping (IBM); creation and focus of rep lighting plot; tour advance; equipment procurement, etc. Experience in tour venues from small colleges to civic auditoriums (Auditorium Theater, Chicago; Kennedy Center, Washington, D.C.; Berkeley; Stanford; Annenberg Center, Philadelphia; U. of Mich., etc.); lighting supervisor of Eliot Feld ballets performed by: Richmond Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, National Ballet of Canada.
